Many senior leaders in Nestlé started their career ininternal audit. The Program The Nestlé Internal Audit program, of 3to 4 years, provides a unique opportunity to get to know allfunctions and businesses across the globe.

Auditors travel up to70% of the time, according to a fixed calendar. By using provenmethodologies, tools and data analytics, auditors provide valueadded risk assurance and improvement recommendations.

A Day in theLife of an International Auditor Travel : Your journey begins with apacked suitcase and an early start towards new destinations.

Overthe past few months, you've had the opportunity to explore variouscountries. Upon arrival, you unite with colleagues from yourproject team, building close relationships and enjoying thediversity of the team during three-month sprints.

Project Kickoff : Your visit to the Head Office of Nestlé involves meeting seniorleaders who outline the challenge and set the stage for your firststop - visiting the factory to understand the 'as is' process.

TaskExecution : You dive into assigned tasks and responsibilities,preparing for interviews and hands-on interactions with operatorsto recommend improvements.

Business Impact : Each day brings newopportunities to drive the business forward across functions, frommarketing and sales to HR and Supply Chain.

Weekend Exploration : After a full week of work, you get to explore the beauty of yourcurrent location during the weekend.

Responsibilities : 1. Prepareand execute risk-based audits / reviews of business units, factories,head offices, and processes.

2. Evaluate processes and controls toensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Reviewcompliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, andprocedures.

4. Ensure reliability and integrity of reporting,confidentiality of information, and safeguarding of assets. 5.Identify and recommend control enhancements and processimprovements.

6. Communicate findings and recommendations forcorrective actions. 7. Present audit results to stakeholders andagree on timelines for recommendation implementation.

8. Maintainand update audit programs, manuals, and tools. This role offers ablend of travel, teamwork, and impactful problem-solving, makingeach day unique and rewarding.

What will make you successful : - 2-4years of professional business experience (Any area ofspecialization : Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources,Quality, Food Safety, etc) - Master’s degree is a nice to have -Strong overall business acumen.

Finance literacy preferred. - MSOffice skills. Ability to leverage data analytics. SAP knowledgepreferred. - Working proficiency in English, one additionallanguage is a plus.

Team player with a high degree offlexibility, persistence, curiosity, and openness to othercultures. - Willingness to travel internationally approximately 70%of the time.
